CBC Benchmark Plans for Future

Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark, Jacksonville, FL, is embarking on efforts to squarely meet the commercial real estate needs of investors, large corporations, banks, and CRE owners during this period of economic uncertainty and a market place that is changing daily. To meet these needs CBC Benchmark is forming an alliance with Clasi, Inc, a well known and respected company offering boutique services to local, regional and national banks, and, has established two additional companies to create a one stop shop for serious investors, corporations, and banks: CBC Benchmark Asset Services and Century 21 Benchmark, a residential brokerage company. The alliance of CBC Benchmark, the commercial real estate brokerage firm of the quartet, Clasi, Inc, CBC Benchmark Asset Services, offering comprehensive asset and property management, and Century 21 Benchmark will operate as a partnership with the intent of making it easier, less cumbersome, for large entities to work with only one point of contact to service complex commercial real estate needs.
