a pre-election bump in buyers and lessees shopping activities in the Real
Estate Market and Business Acquisitions as well. We believe this increased traffic of inquiries
is from those who believe there will be a change in the current national
administration. The recent debates have
energized the soon to be voters of Romney and which many of those voters are
business and real estate owners. These
owners are predicting an up surge in property values and business activities soon

surge will be similar to past reactions which were experienced when Regan beat
