Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark Golf Course Transaction Closes in Atlanta Market

 

The Echelon Golf Club, which was owned by Mic-Gobi, LLC, was recently purchased by Echelon Atlanta and Echelon Hospitality. 

The closing was completed August 31, 2012.  The property includes a championship golf course, tennis facility and 50 acres for future residential development.  There are existing homes in the community.

The Echelon Golf Club was formerly owned by high-end, residential, golf community developer, The Melrose Company of Hilton Head Island, SC.  Rees Jones, noted golf architect who has completed numerous course renovations for US Open golf venues, designed the Echelon Golf Club course.  It was opened in 2006.
