Closes in Atlanta
The Echelon Golf Club, which was owned by Mic-Gobi, LLC, was
recently purchased by Echelon Atlanta and Echelon Hospitality.
The closing was completed August 31, 2012. The property includes a championship golf
course, tennis facility and 50 acres for future residential development. There are existing homes in the community.
The Echelon Golf Club was formerly owned by high-end,
residential, golf community developer, The Melrose Company of Hilton Head Island , SC.
