CBC Benchmark Offers Portfolio Additions with High CAP Rates


The Commercial Real Estate environment continues to offer a variety of opportunities for today's investor. Land leases with national branded retail (Walgreens, Panera Bread, Dollar Stores, Banks, etc.) offers long term leases on a single tenant property, triple net with many of the leases having percentage increases built in over the life of the lease. There are 10 year leases with 10% increases every 5 years on some of the properties.
