Mayor Brown continues to Spur growth Downtown
Jacksonville Mayor Alvin Brown is living up to his campaign promises to encourage and expedite growth in the Downtown Core. This week he signed off an incentive package with Hallmark Partners and Bristol Development Group to rebate approximately $5million in Tax Dollars over a 20 year period. The project at 220 Riverside will consist of 16,500 sf of retail space with 294 apartments above. The project will also have a large park adjacent to the property. At an estimated $38 million dollars the project will provide reasonably priced apartments and infill a large land gap on Riverside Avenue. The project is slated to start by years end.
