Jacksonville Industrial Market News
It was announced today, in Jacksonville, Florida that Global Income Trust Trust, Inc., an Orlando, Florida based REIT has agreed to to purchase the 53 acre, 817,680 square foot, Samsonite warehousing and distribution facility located at 10480 Yeager Road in Jacksonville for $42.5 million or $52.00 per square foot.
