Choose to make a difference in your life and community:

Today, we want to pass along a reflective thought, suggestion, for your personal /business consideration. Whether it’s a personal or business endeavor, it’s important to make a difference on the lives of those around and in your community. We here at CBC Benchmark support the Judy Nicholson Foundation, a kidney disease research based foundation. The foundation is set to create awareness of this cancer and to raise funds for research on this specific cruel cancer. All funds raised stay here in the Jacksonville community and are used solely at our local Mayo Hospital for kidney cancer research.

This is one example of our community involvement. We do not know how many lives it will touch; we just know it will and does, with the intent to make a difference.

So our hope is that you and/or your company will consider including in your business plan, a community involvement action point.  The best summation of this point is a quote from Orison S. Marden; “the best thing about giving of ourselves, is that what we get in return, is always better than what we give. The reaction is always greater than the action”
