Jacksonville Wins IBM Grant

City of Jacksonville wins bid/grant/support from IBM to help revitalize downtown. IBM is teaming up with the Mayors new Public Private partnership. Mayor Alvin Brown is excited because the project won't be just another report but will include action steps to make the Urban Core viable again. I am sure there will be cynics but the city is at a turning point with new ownership of the Jaguars and the Real Estate market improving in the area. Job creation appears to growing and more and more nationally recognized companies are moving operations here.
