Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark arranged the sale of 126 acres in northern Putnam County from a receiver in Grand Rapids, Michigan to an unidentified company at an auction for $152,500. About 75 acres is in pature grazed by milk cows.
Henry Rogers and Nancy Brenner both from CBCBenchmark were involved in transaction.
