Home Sales Volume Up Sales Price Down

Florida Realtors is reporting that the number of home sales through November is up year over in the Sunshine State. Only downside is that the average price has slipped a little. Let's hope that the trend is similar in the Commercial Sector and that the number of transaction continues to grow.
