A riverfront parcel of 3.87 +/- acres zoned RLD-D at 6300 San Jose Blvd. W. was sold on August 18, 2010 for $1,901,000 to a buyer for building two single family houses. The site has a concrete bulkhead, dock, elevations above 20 feet, and many large oak trees. It had been approved for a nine lot subdivision. Henry Rogers and Alex Evans of Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark, Inc. were the agents for the seller.
