BENCHMARK CREATES COMMERECIAL PROPERTY MGMT COMPANY
Benchmark Asset Services LLC has been created to ensure the clients of CBC Benchmark are offered comprehensive, highly professional service in all asepcts of real estate. The company will offer Commercial Asset and Property Management services initially specializing in Office Properties with an emphasis on Medical offices and facilities. One of the principals of the new company is a licensed architect and general contractor, thus offering additional services related to Commercial Construction Management, Commercial Property Inspections, and Commercial Site Evaluations.
