CBC Change in Leadership

It was announced on 2/18/10 by Alex Perriello, President and CEO, Realogy Franchise Group, that Rick Davidson, formerly CEO Coldwell Banker Commercial, has been appointed as President and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate, a residential franchise group of companies. He will be replaced by Fred Schmidt, formerly senior vice president of the Global Client Solutions Group, Realogy.
